Situated on a prominent, rocky knoll, in undulating pasture. Depicted on the 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map as a small oval-shaped feature annotated ‘Cave’ located in SW quadrant of ringfort (WM024-163----). No surface remains visible of the Man-made underground passage.
