Caoimhe Butterly

Caoimhe Butterly was born in Dublin, a city whose restless edge may have shaped her refusal to sit still while others suffered. She left behind comfortable rooms to carry stretchers through war, sit with the dying in Zimbabwe, and share bread with Zapatistas in Chiapas. Dublin gave her life; the world took her hands.
