Cairn is a cairn, unclassified in Portinch, County Sligo, Ireland. It measures 4.5 metres across and 1.65 metres high, with steep sides and a rounded top. A north-south field boundary crosses the structure in pasture on a slight rise. A burial ground lies about 15 metres to the southeast.
