Tomgraney holds a burial site in County Clare, though the details remain hidden from public view. The land may have swallowed bodies, memories and whole lives before written records appeared. What is known is that death happened there and the earth closed over it. The absence of information does not reduce the weight of the loss; it only removes the chance of naming the person who disappeared beneath it.
