What is recorded here

Death may have claimed the ringfort before the men and women who built it. Grass and forgotten bones mark the place where living people stopped remembering the names of the dead. The fort still stands because human life kept returning to it, even when the names and dates disappeared.

In ringfort (CO134-062----); local tradition of burials. To S of trackway through fort, overgrown raised area (6.5m; 4m; H 0.4m), possibly stone revetted at W end, may be associated with burials.
