Situated in wet, lowlying, level pasture. Slightly raised rectangular area (55m N-S; 13m E-W; H 0.2m) which is traditionally believed to be the site of an old burial ground. A late medieval church (SL010-024----) is positioned upon it. (ITA Survey 1942-4).
