What is recorded here
Ardigon holds an eighteenth-century burial ground where the dead still belong to the land. The exact boundary has blurred, but the purpose has not. People may have walked past rows of markers, prayed beside fresh graves, or carried children through soil already heavy with loss. The site remains a reminder that Ardigon is older than memory and that forgetting is never permanent.
