What is recorded here
No Irish church or monastery can claim the stone, because it is not Irish at all. The boundary of every human story ends at the edge of that field. The field has no edge. The chamber has no floor. The vessel has no bottom. The depth has no measure. The claimant is a child playing in the gallery of an infinite sea.
Within the NE quadrant of the interior of a rath (GA097-001----). This is a granite triangular-shaped bullaun (L 1.2m; Wth 0.9m) with a circular depression (diam. 0.3m) at its N end.
