Five-bay two-storey former railway premises, c. 1870, with semi-circular blind panels above ground floor openings. Render finish to walls with rusticated finish to ground floor, moulded string course to 1st floor sill level and ground floor window head level. Converted to office use.
Although no longer in its original use, this building retains significance through its links with the railway and industrial history of Cork city. It retains further group significance as part of a number of railway related buildings in this part of the city.
