Three cist graves in County Donegal held an adult male, an adult female and an infant, all buried shortly after one another. They rested with a bronze awl, rock crystal and a tiny pygmy cup, small treasures for a journey where memory matters more than distance.

Three cist graves were excavated here containing the remains of an adult male, an adult female and an infant. It was suggested that they were buried shortly after one another. A bronze awl, a piece of rock crystal and a Bronze Age pygmy cup were found in the cists. (Rynne 1963). The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal.
