Nine-arch road bridge, built c.1800, spanning the Sullane River. Round-headed arches with dressed limestone voussoirs, having pair of camber-headed arches to western spans with tooled limestone voussoirs and keystones. Dressed rubble stone soffits throughout, springing from rubble stone piers with V-cutwaters to both elevations. Rubble stone spandrels and parapets with rubble stone to blocked westernmost span and solider stone capping to parapets. Recent corbelled conical bartizans with wrought-iron railings to south elevation of parapets with dressed over-sailing rubble stone corbels. Weir to downstream elevation.

The irregular size and shape of this bridge's arches is unusual and may indicate multiple phase construction which included the creation of a mill race for the nearby mill to the north. The use of varied stone finishes adds textural interest. Located immediately west of the town centre, the bridge is an important crossing point over the Sullane River.
