Detached three-bay single-storey outbuilding, built c.1820. Pitched corrugated-steel roof. Dressed sandstone and limestone walls with limestone quoins. Segmental-arch carriage openings with ashlar voussoirs. Square-headed window openings with stone sills.

This building exhibits a quality of materials and craftsmanship which is unusual for a farm building relating to a modest farm. The execution of the masonry is of apparent quality. This building is a colourful addition to the landscape, with the warm pink sandstone complemented by the grey limestone.
