Single-span canal bridge, built c.1800, carrying road over section of the canal. Dressed limestone walls with ashlar limestone voussoirs. Modern extension to the south-west elevation.
Though this bridge is now obscured by the modern extension, the original form of the bridges and the materials survive. This bridge forms part of a significant group with related structures along the canal, such as locks and canal worker's houses.
