The Bridge in Castledurrow Demesne handed the busy traffic to a newer concrete bridge and kept the walkers and local callers. Five stone arches, and it has managed to turn a main road into a retirement arrangement: only people it knows, at a reasonable hour.

Five-arch limestone road bridge over river, dated 1788, with ashlar voussoirs, keystones and triangular cut-waters. By-passed by c. 1975 concrete bridge to east but in use as footbridge and for local traffic.
