Crannog

What is recorded here

The possible crannog site in Rathtermon is in County Sligo, Ireland. It lies in a wet meadow in the eastern half of a bay in Lough Gara. Mud and tall reeds cover the area. No crannog remains were identified, although the dense vegetation meant that their presence could not be entirely ruled out.
