What is recorded here

Moneendogue holds a bivallate rath, a double-walled fort from the early Christian period still standing in County Fermanagh. Its nested earthworks suggest deliberate defence or status, forcing whoever approached to read the boundary before touching it. The shape remains clear enough to imagine lives lived inside its rings, even when the names and dates have faded from memory.
