The Bight of the Sletts is a coastal bay in the Shetland Islands, characterized by sea cliffs and rocky shores formed primarily from Jurassic sandstones and basalts. These rocks date to around 150–180 million years old, formed through sedimentation and volcanic activity during the breakup of Pangaea, and are notable for their role in shaping the rugged Shetland coastline.
