Detached three-bay single-storey rendered house, built c.1900, with projecting gabled bay with bay window. Pitched slate roof with crested ridge tiles and rendered chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls with render quoins, plinth and frieze to bay window. Projecting gabled bay has a canted bay window. Lean-to porch extension to front elevation and a three-bay single-storey extension to rear.
The architectural form of this house is clearly apparent. Interesting detailing, such as the patterned roof slate, crested ridge tiles and decorative render, further enhance this house.
