Beachy Head is a prominent chalk sea cliff on the south coast of England, part of the South Downs and formed during the Cretaceous period, approximately 90 million years ago. It is notable for its dramatic coastal scenery, the White Cliffs of Dover geological formation, and as a site of historical and archaeological significance, including Iron Age and Roman remains.
