Battlefield in Thurles Townparks

Battlefield

What is recorded here

Mortars shell the townparks, turning green space into a killing field where soldiers and civilians alike bleed onto the grass. The battlefield soaks up every scream, every crashing wall, every last breath until the parks themselves become a wound that will not close. What men built for joy becomes a trap for meat, and the town remembers the moment pleasure stopped being possible.
