In reclaimed pasture N of a watercourse and 460m W of the Morningstar River. One of 11 possible barrows (LI040-100002/012-) located within an area measuring 300m E-W x 200m N-S. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a ring-barrow on examination of Bord Gáis Éireann aerial photograph (BGE 1:5,000 2562; Site No. 040183) taken 03/11/1984. No surface remains visible on Google Earth orthoimages.
