Barrow

In wet pasture, in the NE quadrant of a group of monuments (LI049-027001/009-), earthwork (LI049-027007-) lies 15m to the W. Not marked on OSi 6-inch maps. Potential earthwork identified as a rectangular cropmark on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000; 2779, Site 241) taken 03/11/1984. Possible faint trace visible of ditch-barrow on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-12. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 or on Google Earth orthoimages.
