In reclaimed pasture, 40m S of Morningstar River, Milltown House lies 40m to the S. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 43; AP 5/2069) as a ring-barrow. Monument visible as a circular cropmark (diam. c. 5m) on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimage dated 20/09/2020.

Ditch barrow, likely dating to the Early Bronze Age. Its identification from aerial photography highlights the importance of such surveys in uncovering unmarked prehistoric monuments.
