In reclaimed pasture 10m E of the townland boundary with Curraghturk. Enclosure (LI049-188----) lies 15m to NW. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. The monument is visible as a circular-shaped cropmark on oblique aerial photograph (ASIAP (34) 20) dated 05-01-2003. Faint cropmark visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 10/20/2006.

Ditch barrow, likely dating to the Early Bronze Age. Its presence indicates a local funerary tradition and may be associated with early metalworking communities in the region.
