Explorer Tom Amisfield also has this flint flake that looks like it was chipped off a bigger argument between two lads in a pub centuries ago. One bet the other he couldn’t find something sharp enough to cut their pride, and apparently they both lost. Spot the oldest stone lying around and give it a name like 'Steve' or whatever feels right for the moment.
Explorer Tom South Cowshaw has a flat bronze axehead that’s probably been sitting there listening to bad poetry written by someone who thought they were Shakespeare. The poem went: 'Oh axe, so shiny, you cut so nicely,' and then they stopped because it was getting embarrassing for everyone involved. It’s accurate to a hundred meters, so look around but don’t expect applause. Ring
