Gateway, extant 1840, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of repointed granite ashlar piers on chamfered plinths having cornices below lichen-spotted capping supporting cast-iron double gates with repointed outer piers having lichen-spotted capping supporting cast-iron gates. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Barnadown House.
