Two stone lions still guard the O'Reilly name above the Kilskeer tomb, their carved manes frozen in perpetual rage. They flank a blurred central shape, perhaps a tree, marking the resting place of Hugh O'Reilly and Katherine Plunkett. The table tomb of Hugh O’Reilly and his wife Katherine Plunkett (ME016-043002-) in Kilskeer graveyard (ME016-043001-) has two armorial crests inset in the wall above it. One (Wth 0.87m; H 1m) on the left, representing O'Reilly, has two lions rampant on either side of what might be a tree.
