Architectural fragment in Unknown

Originally from the Franciscan Friary (TS061-025008-) in the town of Cashel. The friary was demolished and some fragments were subsequently kept in the grounds of the convent on the site of the friary. The architectural fragments consist of four limestone semi-circular engaged column segments and a column base (L 1m; diam. of column base 0.56m; diam. of column 0.4m) . Each column segment is dressed with diagonal tooling. Among the columns there is a large dressed block of limestone which may be part of a former door-jamb.
