Architectural fragment in Cashel

Incorporated in the SW boundary wall of Burke's Lane which itself runs NW-SE at a right angle to the S side of Main Street, Cashel. Inserted on its side, towards the SE end of the wall, fifth course from the base. Limestone chamfered jamb (dims. 0.56m x 0.17m) with runout stop. Also in this wall there is a late 13th/early 14th-century limestone head (TS061-025083-) and another architectural fragment (TS061-025158-).
