Situated on a steep NE-facing slope down to a N-S stream. There are no visible remains of a church (WA003-051001-) at ground level on a terrace overlooking the holy well (WA003-051002-), although a number of mounds (WA003-051003-) and architectural fragments were present in the 1890s (Power 1896b, 12-13).
