Aoife O'Rourke

Aoife O'Rourke was born in Castlerea, County Roscommon, on 2 July 1997, the small birthplace behind a boxer who later took world and European gold. The town gave her the Castlerea Boxing Club, a steady local stage where she learned to strike before carrying Ireland onto global canvases. Her sister Lisa shared that same lineage, and together they became the first sisters to reach a World Championship final in one tournament.
