Alan Neill

Alan Neill was born in Downpatrick, County Down, Ireland on 10 June 1956, entering the world in a place where ancient stones and modern life still tangle together. He later became a Northern Irish cricket umpire, standing in international matches for Ireland and earning one of Cricket Ireland’s first full-time season contracts in 2019.
