Detached approximately three-bay two-storey remains of former house, built c. 1800. Now derelict. Pitched roof with bow ends to north and south, having replacement metal covering and replacement uPVC rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls with quoins and plinth course, having exposed historic brick to west elevation with replacement infills. Square-headed window and door openings with plain reveals and projecting sills, infilled with brick. Set in derelict brown-field site with security gates.
A medium-sized house with bowed ends characteristic of the mid- to late eighteenth century and a rare survival in the northern suburbs of Dublin.
