Wind Mill (in ruins)

Windmill

What is recorded here

Galway’s forgotten mill still stands in ruin, its wooden heart long since removed to leave behind a hollow stone throat. The Atlantic wind still speaks through that empty chamber, carrying the smell of salt and distance into the dark. What the mill once ground has been forgotten, but the building remembers the shape of work and the weight of human hands.
