This blue commemorative plaque records: William Lench (d. 1525) A Tanner of Moor Street. Created Lench's Trust by Deed of Gift in 1525. Provider of almshouses in Birmingham through the succeeding centuries. Recorded plaque organisation: Birmingham Civic Society.
