Whitehawk Hill Transmitter stands at approximately 128 meters above sea level and is a modern communications tower located on the summit of Whitehawk Hill. The hill itself is part of the South Downs, formed of Cretaceous chalk, and has historical significance as an Iron Age hill fort site.
