Donated by the Whish sisters in 1891. Carved by A.B. Wall. Originally sited at Westall Green, moved to Sandford Park in 1929.
Whish Fountain was donated to the community by the Whish sisters in 1891 and originally stood at Westall Green before being relocated to Sandford Park in 1929. It is an example of late 19th-century public art and reflects the philanthropy of local women during the Victorian era.
