Probably originally having associations with the Ponsonby family of nearby Bessborough House (12325001/KK-39-25-01) and Belline (12403906/KK-39-06) House a picturesque small-scale artefact of the architectural heritage of Piltown makes a subtle impression in the locality: robust rock-faced dressings displaying high quality stone masonry enhance the position or presence of the composition in the landscape.
