Weir is a weir (fish) in Ballyartella (Monsea parish), Ballyartella (Dromineer parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. The Civil Survey of 1654-56 recorded it beside a ruined castle, two mills and several dwellings. The Countess of Ormond held the Ballyartella lands in 1640. Its exact position on the Nenagh River is not identified, though it probably lay near Ballyartella Bridge.

Described in the Civil Survey of 1654-56 as 'a ruined castle (TN014-057001-) irrepayreably demolished two mills (TN014-057006-), a fishing weaire two thatcht houses six cottages & a garden plott' (Simington 1934, vol. 2, 301). The Countess of Ormond is listed as proprietor of the lands of Ballyartella in 1640 (ibid.). The location of the Ballyartella fishing weir on the Nenagh River has not been identified, it was probably located in close proximity to Ballyartella Bridge (TN014-057004-).
