On a S flowing stream/mill race, flowing from the River Nore and rejoining the river further downstream. On the Down Survey (1655-6) map of Coolerahin parish, this stream/mill race is depicted with a watermill located roughly half way along the stream. The text accompanying its depiction is, 'a corn mill'. The terrier accompanying the map records that 'a castle a mill and a house with a chimney in repaire at Lismyne’, with the proprietor listed as 'Richard Pursall Ir[ish] pa[pist]'.
