What is recorded here

A named place photographed at this map point in Sir Gaerfyrddin / Carmarthenshire.
Roughly 230 meters high, Pembrey Mountain is part of the gently rolling landscape of the Carmarthen Bay area. Its geology consists mainly of Carboniferous limestone and sandstone, and while it lacks major folklore, the presence of a trig pillar highlights its use in historical land surveying and mapping efforts.
