Tommy Peoples

Tommy Peoples was born near St Johnston, County Donegal, in 1948, and carried the sharp East Donegal fiddle style into every room he entered. He played with The Bothy Band, taught through his book Ó Am go hAm, and lived as Traditional Musician In Residence at The Balor Arts Centre before dying in Ballybofey in 2018. His daughter Siobhán continues the line, keeping his tunes alive in Donegal.
