Tobergortnaun is a holy well in County Mayo, Ireland, and little else is known about it. The name suggests a small sacred place where clean water rose through soil, and the well may have marked a boundary, a healing belief, or a family prayer. In a county full of green hills and old roads, even a forgotten well may have given life to the people who drank from it.
