In waterlogged area on S side of stream. Well now encased in concrete to prevent cattle from drinking from it. According to landowner consists of stone-lined well covered by large flagstone. Linked to Saint Cloonagh, the well was traditionally visited for cures related to skin ailments and general well-being. Locals would perform rituals such as circling the well sunwise and making offerings of coins or small stones.
