Toberachomma is a bullaun stone in Cloonmore (ballintober North By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. The rectangular stone measures 0.6m x 0.4m and stands 0.3m high on a level landscape. Its circular basin, 0.35m across and 0.2m deep, serves as a holy well beside the penitential cairn.

Probably dating to the early Christian period, the bullaun stone and associated holy well at Toberachomma were likely used for ritual washing or penitential practices. Such sites often became centres of local pilgrimage and were later incorporated into Christian traditions.
