The Greyhound black plaque

This black commemorative plaque records: The Greyhound This building is the second Greyhound public house on this site. Its predecessor was a three storey Georgian style property, built around 1797. The Greyhound Stands on the High Street section once occupied by The Grete (or Great) House.
