What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1830, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with timber sash windows to upper floors. Timber fixed window and timber panelled doors with toplights to ground floor having timber fascia above.
This former house is part of a terrace with the adjoining former houses to the east and west, which makes a notable and positive addition to the streetscape due to the scale and form of the terrace. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, the building is enhanced by the retention of the timber sash windows and slate roof.
