What is recorded here

The Flats is a headland composed primarily of Silurian greywacke and mudstone, formed around 440–420 million years ago during sedimentary deposition in a deep marine environment. It is notable for its resistant rock formations that have withstood coastal erosion, contributing to the dramatic sea cliffs characteristic of Pembrokeshire's coastline.
