What is recorded here

The Caburn is a prominent chalk hill rising to approximately 230 metres, located near Lewes in East Sussex. It is part of the South Downs and offers panoramic views of the surrounding Weald and the English Channel. The hill has historical significance as a defensive site, with Iron Age and Roman remains recorded in the area.
