The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of revision: 16 December 2009 Revised by: J. Farrelly According to O'Donovan (OSL 1839, 336-7), remains consisted of N wall of church and site of large burial ground. Present remains consist of c. 8m of boulder-built wall and a scatter of boulders. No other visible traces of church or graveyard (CW003-017003-). Large medieval grave-slab now affixed to wall (CW003-017002-). According to tradition, service was transferred from here to Kinneagh.
